How Much Easier It Is To Use Graphical Boxes For Your Squeeze And Sales Pages

How much easier is it to insert graphical boxes like testimonial boxes, or your optin boxes in wordpress?

When you insert your optin form in wordpress, for example, usually you paste the entire form code directly in the wordpress editor box. You’ll need to switch to the html view also when you paste the raw autoresponder code since using the visual view causes the code to be interpreted incorrectly.

The disadvantage of this though, is that sometimes, when switching back to the visual view again, wordpress itself sometimes breaks the code causing the display to be broken. This happens when you insert complex html code in the wordpress editor box. Moreover, you can’t work on tweaking the optin “box” itself like adding a background color or border style because you’ll need to switch back again to html mode and enter some code again. This is a pain and a hassle. Moreover, what if you don’t know how to code? Or how to produce the “box” itself?

WP Spire

With WordPress Spire, these hassles are solved. The WordPress Spire theme not only gives you an easy way to insert your graphical boxes or optin boxes or the autoresponder code and “wrap” it around an optin box, but you can also customize the optin box itself.

To insert your optin form in WP Spire, you paste it in the “optincode” box which is located at the bottom of the editor screen.

optincode_raw

Then to display it, simply use [.optincode] anywhere on your post where you want to show your optin form.

optincode_display

The advantage of this is that your optin form code doesn’t break and you can work on the wordpress visual editor better. Put the shortcode anywhere on your post to display it on that position.

Moreover, creating the optin-box for your form is as convenient as wrapping the [.optincode] with the [.optinbox2] short code like this:

optincode_wrap

When you preview your code it would look like this:

optincode_visual

And now you can work on creating those call to action text like by entering it inside the [.optinbox] shortcodes like you would in a word document.

You’ll also be able to take advantage of wordpress plugins to make texts bigger or smaller and change the color to make more of an impact.

optincode_TextEditor

When you preview it, it would look like this:

optincode_TextVisual

Moreover, if you want to customize it, WP Spire allows you to change the width, background color and even the border of the optin box via a convenient panel box.

Optinbox2 box

Change width:

optincode_width

Change background color:

optincode_changecolor

Change border and style:

optincode_changeborder

And that’s how convenient, easy and customizable the optin box is with the wpspire theme. So with your different page styles and designs you can create, you can also match the optin box style too! No more complex coding to paste and wonder if it will work or not.

More Than One

You might be asking, why the short tag is called [.optinbox2] – why the 2?

That’s because the WP Spire theme includes 4 built-in optin boxes that you can choose from.

The first box only needs one short code to display everything. This means if you don’t prefer to customize and just simply use the default look, you can
use the first optin box version that looks like this:
optinbox1defaultoptinbox

This version of the optin box has non-customizable settings.  This is for those who don’t want to customize but simply want to use an optin box immediately.

But it got me thinking that having only this autoresponder box design  is not really ideal  with a theme that IS totally customizable, that’s why I created the second verison – optin box 2(above) which is more customizable and 3rd and 4th graphical optinboxes.

The 3rd and 4th optin boxes are graphical boxes and they both look like this:

optinbox3and4

There is a drop down menu in the editor screen where you can change the boxe’s color scheme also.

Not Only Optin Boxes

So there you’ve just found out that you can have customizable optin boxes and have different looks for your different page. I wanted to have this variety and customizability for the optinboxes so that you can take full advtantage of WP Spire’s ability to create different squeeze pages and landing pages. So with the different page layouts, you can also play and experiment with the different optin boxes too!

But don’t forget, it’s not only the optin-boxes that are integrated. But WPSpire is equipped with other graphical box templates that you can use for your sales pages and minisites.

  • Integrated product box template
  • Integrated bonus Box template
  • Integrated testimonial box template
  • Integrated guarantee box
  • Integrate fast action box
  • Integrated order box template

You can see this for the graphical box templates.

You can use any of these integrated box templates for the different purposes of your page.

If you would do it the old html way, you would be required to paste the codes for these box templates. Sometimes the final output won’t be the way you want it to be if you paste complex coding in the wordpress editor. But using WP Spire built in shortcodes, you can use a much easier way of adding these box templates.

For example, if you wanted to use a bonus box template for your “bonus” product, you would paste some code like this in the wordpress html view:

HTML version of the graphical bonus box

HTML version of the graphical bonus box

But if you use WP Spire mechanism for the bonus box, you would only use this:

Using WP Spire's Built in graphical box short code

Using WP Spire's Built in graphical box short code

Notice the difference?

It’s just much more cleaner and convenient and you don’t have to worry about wordpress strippping any code whatsoever when you use the built-in shortcodes for the graphical boxes.

WP Spire is not only a great theme but is packed with integrated and built-in elements for your sales pages and squeeze pages.

Other Cool Stuff

  • There’s a panel boxes to change the color scheme of the  box templates.
  • There’s  a mechanism to “customize” the first graphical optin box and change the titles of these bonus boxes in case you want to use your own header titles. It’s one ability from using the generic “medium box” and big box.  This is just one “expandability” of the WP Spire theme (More of this are revealed in the ember’s area.)
