Developer License
The standard license allows you to install theme/plugin on all your owned personal sites only.
The developer’s license allows you to install the theme AND plugin on unlimited domains you own, or on any domains of your clients.

The developer’s license for WP Spire not includes the theme, but also the plugin. That means you get both the theme and the plugin in one payment and in a bundled price.
PSDs
You also get the PSDs for the squeeze page theme, as well as the psds for the backgrounds. Also included is a minisite psd file which is “structured” to be readily used for minisites:
These minisite psd has 4 preset colors, alternating the the header, footer and bar colors. But you aren’t limited to this preset colors as you can still change the color scheme, even the background. With the minisite psd you can create wordpress minisites like this:
Flip WordPress Minsites and Sales Pages through the Devleoper Pack

What You Can’t Do
To avoid devaluing the WP Spire theme/plugin, you can’t resell or redistribute the theme/plugin in another product and sell it with resale rights. The theme can’t be included inside the package or product your are going to sell. The theme/plugin cannot be distributed multiple times just because of your single product.
The developer pack allows you to install the theme/plugin in client’s sites for their personal their use only, on that domain only. The client can’t use the theme on other of his domains.
The developer pack contains a site flip version where you can sell a website using the theme, but you must use the flip version.
You can sell templates for WP Spire, but you can’t sell that template including the theme if the buyer didn’t purchase the theme. You can sell the template many times, but the buyer must have purchased theme/plugin already.
