By contributing a REBRANDABLE ebook, software, audio, video, or PLR product, you can use this event to RAPIDLY grow your email list.

You offer the gift via our site but require them to visit your site and join your list in order to collect the gift.

We Are Currently Accepting Contributor Gifts

In order to be a Contributor you must agree to:

1. Contribute your own original rebrandable gift. Duplicates will NOT be allowed. It may be an ebook, software, video, audio, or package of PLR material.

2. Only ONE gift is allows per contributor. This keeps one person from taking over the entire first page, and gives all contributors a fair opportunity to leverage the power of this giveaway. Upgraded contributors may contribute up to THREE total gifts.

3. Include a license with the item specifying how it can be changed and redistributed.

4. Include a tool/means for easily rebranding the item, along with clear instructions.

Note: You build your list from this giveaway by requiring those desiring your gift to subscribe before they can download it. At that point you could also offer a "One-Time-Offer" with one of the best ones being a "premium version" of your gift.

For example, you might offer software or an ebook with some of the links changeable, but your upgrade could be to software or an ebook that has MORE parts rebrandable.

One-Time-Offers shouldn't be over-used as new members are visiting numerous contributors' sites and you don't want to overwhelm them. Instead you want to give them real value, and create a lot of goodwill. Later, you follow-up with them, delivering additional value, cultivating the relationship, and turning them into fans and long-term customers.

5. Provide a direct download link for your gift, which will be provided to new members who upgrade. The new member upgrade will be for a package of 30 high quality PLR products PLUS direct download links, and some unannounced bonuses. When your referrals upgrade, you don't get a new subscriber, but you do earn a $15 commission, and your customer still has your product, which if properly structures still encourages them to visit your site.

6. Agree to promote the event. You must email your list about the event and/or promote it via other means such as your blogs, Twitter, FaceBook, etc. If you fail to send traffic to the site after the giveaway launches, your gift will automatically be removed!

As soon as the giveaway starts the system will automatically delete gifts from those who have not referred the requisite number of members. Contributors who have upgraded will not have their gifts deleted. An upgrade is offered to new contributors when you first join the site. This upgrade awards you 40 points plus displays your gift on the new members signup page. Prospective members who don't even join the site will be able to visit upgraded members' site and download your gifts.

In order for your gift to stay active you need to earn the following minimum total points:

- You earn 1 point for each member referred.
- You earn 2 points for each contributor referred.
- You earn 40 points for upgrading.
- Affiliates for Viral Document Toolkit earn 20 points for each sale made during the giveaway.

** Viral Document Toolkit has a member-only affiliate program, and sale made during the time of this promotion by contributors to the promotion are tracked/credited. Viral Document Toolkit is our recommended method of creating rebrandable ebook and can be found here.

7. Not spam in promoting the event. Promoting the event by emailing those that you don't have permission to, or using our domain name in any unethical or illegal manner will result in your membership being immediately terminated, forfeiture of any commissions earned, and possible legal action to recover damages done to our brand.

8. Your gift will be display within the listings based upon the point system previously explained. To reiterate, points earned will be as follows:

- 1 point for each member referred

- 2 points for each joint venture partner/contributor referred

- 20 points for each affiliate sale of Viral Document Toolkit (the tool we recommend for creating rebrandable ebook).

- 40 points for each contributor who takes advantage of our upgrade offer. The upgrade offer allows you to pay a one-time $47 fee which then gets your gift featured on the sites homepage.

Upgrade Explained:

Not every visitor to a giveaway site will register and become a member. Gifts of upgraded members will be featured on our homepage meaning that even if a visitor doesn't register to get the other gifts, they will still be offered access to your gift Your listing appears both inside the site and on the new members signup page.

Upgraded contributors will also be allowed to offer ONE of your own digitally delivered affiliate products.

- Offers of upgraded contributors will be shown in rotation on the first page that contributors and members see when they log in.

- Offers must be reviewed and approved by admins, and admins have final say on whether an offer is deemed acceptable.

- For each sale made of your product, the product owner will earn 50%, the referring member will earn 25%, and the site admin will earn 25%.

- Proceeds from sales of upgraded contributors products will be paid within 2 weeks of the end of the giveaway (via Paypal).

Upgraded contributors will be allow to add TWO text links to our system, that will display in a rotation throughout the site.

Most of the pages that contributors and members visit will have these text links strategically displayed at the top and bottom of the page. Your links will display in a rotation along with those all of the other upgraded contributors.

Upgraded contributors will be allowed to add three banners to our system, that will be displayed in a rotation throughout the site.

Most of the pages that contributors and members visit will have several banners ads displayed across the top and bottom. Your banners will display in a rotation along with those of all the other upgraded contributors.

Upgraded contributors may add one of each of the following banners::
1 468 x 60 banner
1 234 x 60 banner
1 Peel-a-way Banner

Banner images and links must be related to internet marketing or self-help topics. Religious, political and "adult" images and links are not allowed and may cause your account to be deleted. We reserve the right to remove any banner we feel are inappropriate for this site or we find cause problems for the site.

NOTE: The actual banner and textlink positions and number of banners and textlinks in use may change before, during or after the event to optimize the site performance or look and feel.

The banners and textlinks are only available to upgraded contributors. Note however, that the banners and textlinks feature is not guaranteed, and removal of the feature cannot be made cause for refund.
